APT is offering four £1,199pp seven-night ‘taster cruises’ for the maiden voyages of Vega, the first of its three Travelmarvel Contemporary Class river ships, which launches this spring.
The operator has unveiled two new Balkan cruises in March and April.
The £1,199 price includes return schedule flights, selected meals and beverages, sightseeing excursions, overseas transfers, tipping and port charges.
APT’s Balkans offering was featured on the Channel 5 travel show, Cruising with Jane McDonald, in 2019.
Guests can follow in her footsteps on a brand-new ship, plus enjoy itinerary highlights such as visiting a Serbian family at their home to learn first-hand about their lifestyle, taking guided tours of Budapest and Belgrade, admiring the elegant architecture of the Bulgarian city of Rousse, exploring Novi Sad, Serbia’s ‘Athens of the North’, and taking in a traditional horse show with Magyar cowboys in Puszta.
Balkan Adventure sailings will take place on 21 March and 4 April, while Legends of the Balkans departures will operate on 28 March and 11 April.
