Sydney Opera House Badu Gili: Wonder Women – Live Webinar

Join us for a special Live Stream Zoom Webinar on April 23 to see the iconic sails of Sydney Opera House light up with a vibrant new projection that celebrates the work and stories of six female First Nations artists.
Badu Gili: Wonder Women, curated by Art Gallery of New South Wales Curator of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art, Coby Edgar, is a creative collaboration between the Opera House and the Art Gallery of New South Wales, to mark the Gallery’s 150th anniversary.
Badu Gili: Wonder Women weaves together the work of artists from across Australia: Wathaurung elder Marlene Gilson; Yankunytjatjara woman Kaylene Whiskey; Luritja woman Sally Mulda; and Western Arrernte women Judith Inkamala and Marlene Rubuntja and the late Kamilaroi woman Elaine Russell.
Following the live stream we’ll be joined by Amy Hackett from Sydney Opera House to update UK travel trade on news and highlights plus an interactive quiz with a chance to win a £50 ‘Aussie treats’ hamper filled with delicious goodies.
