Holiday Special – Danish Winter Wonderland

The Danes create one of the most charming and stylish Christmas atmospheres to be found anywhere. Join Heather in the historic Tivoli Gardens to discover some of the ingredients that make them some of the happiest people in the world and even happier in the festive season!

What makes the Tivoli Gardens special? One is an interesting connection to Walt Disney and two is that it’s beloved by Danes. And it’s easy to see why! During our visit our eyes will be overwhelmed by more than 70,000 baubles and 1,000 brightly lit Christmas trees. If that’s not enough, then we’ll also be able to sip our warm drinks as Heather shows us rustic wooden houses covered with pine branches that perfect the Nordic Christmas market atmosphere.

If we’re lucky Santa Claus and his reindeer will be there to welcome everyone – it all depends on whether he’s on time for all of his deliveries!
